$155 per 50 minute session.
Insurance
I am a Preferred Provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield Carefirst. If this is your insurer, I am on your panel. [EXCEPTION: BCBS HMO. That more restrictive insurance plan has behavioral health managed by Magellan. I am not on Magellan's panel so my services are NOT COVERED for BCBS HMO plans. Please make sure you check your card and plan carefully.]
You only need to find out your copay for specialists. Please make sure you are aware of your copay amount before our first appointment.
If you have insurance with another insurer my services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check, credit and debit cards are accepted for payment. For credit and debit payments, there is a small processing fee. Payment is made at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notcie is required for all cancellations
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. For Blue Cross/Blue Shield clients, you are responsible for the FULL BC/BS fee, NOT just your copayment.
